Mr. Bowen has over thirty (30) years experience in the legal community. Primary practice areas: complex insurance litigation including but not limited bad faith, auto, pedestrian and truck accidents, wrongful death, premises and property claims, slip-and-fall, products liability, probate, family law, divorce and custody, and estate planning (wills and trusts) Mr. Bowen is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. He is currently admitted to practice before all Nevada state and U.S. District courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Nevada Supreme Court.
