With over 11 years of experience working in the real estate and mortgage industry, Jeremiah McGuire has handled matters involving mortgages in every stage from Title and Closing to Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Evictions. Before joining CloseTrak, Mr. McGuire spent 9 years practicing before the local, appellate, and federal courts. His varied experiences across the realms of the mortgage world have provided him with a unique insight into real estate transactions and make him an ideal closing attorney for you and your client. Prior to moving to CloseTrak, LLC, Mr. McGuire oversaw the Tennessee Division of Brock and Scott for 6 years, handling Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Evictions, and Collections matters. Before working for B&S he worked for Shapiro and Kirsch. Mr. McGuire attended undergraduate at Murray State University in Murray, KY. Go, Racers!
