About Jeffrey Warncke

Mr. Warncke received his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, at Georgia State University in 1988. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1991. Mr. Warncke was one of three students selected to represent UGA Law School in the American College of Trial Lawyers National Moot Court Competition. The team took second place nationwide in brief writing. The team also advanced to the quarter finals in the national oral argument competition in New York,City. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Warncke began working as an associate at Dietrick, Evans, Scholz & Williams, and became partner on January 1, 1998. In 2011, Mr. Warncke became a name partner in Evans, Scholz, Williams & Warncke, LLC. IN 2019 Mr. Warncke founded Evans Warncke Robinson LLC, a firm devoted exclusively to recovering disputed insurance benefits for its clientele. Mr. Warncke is a niche specialist, fighting abuses by long term disability, life , and health insurers, under both federal ERISA law and under state bad faith insurance law. Since 1998 Mr. Warncke has recovered more than 50 million dollars in disputed insurance benefits for his clients.
