About Jason Toon

Mr. Toon is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and six Federal Districts. With a devout dedication to ethics and professionalism, he has represented hundreds of clients in a very broad range of legal matters. Mr. Toon has extensive experience as an educator and was an adjunct professor at Northeastern State University where he instructed in the Criminal Justice and International Business Departments. While at NSU, he taught courses in Business Law, Evidence and Court Procedure, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law and Procedure, International Business Law and Transactions, Legal Analysis, and Paralegal Computer Applications. He was an adjunct professor at the Santa Barbara College of Law where he instructed courses in Bankruptcy, Legal Research and Authorities, and was the substitute professor for numerous classes in Civil Procedure I and II. Drawing upon his experience as an adjunct professor and a former Educational Specialist for LEXIS/NEXIS, Mr. Toon has taught Oklahoma M.C.L.E. courses on Public Domain Citation and Legal Research on the Internet as well as numerous California M.C.L.E. courses on Bankruptcy, Mortgage Foreclosure, and Lien Stripping.
