Jason C. Neff practices in a broad range of local, regional, and federal concerns, though the vast majority of his practice is focused on Criminal Defense. Jason handles DUI and drug cases in and around Tuscaloosa as well as Criminal Expungement cases. The law office of Jason C. Neff is located in the heart of downtown Tuscaloosa, Alabama, three blocks from the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse and six blocks from the Tuscaloosa Federal Courthouse. Although located in Tuscaloosa, Jason also practices in the surrounding counties including Bibb, Dallas, Greene, Pickens, Hale, Fayette, Marion, Perry, Sumter, and Marengo counties. He also practices in the Southern, Northern, and Middle Districts of the federal court system in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit. Jason is available to travel to meet the needs of his clients. A lot of DUI Attorneys only handle cases in their own county or municipal courts; however, Jason will go to any municipal, district, circuit or probate court in the State of Alabama. Jason is committed to listening to his clients, discussing their business or personal needs, and advising them in a straightforward manner. He is willing to travel to meet his clients at their location and promises to keep them informed throughout the process.
