About Jason Kisner

Jason Kisner is the founder of Kisner Law, a personal injury and workers' compensation law firm serving Maryland and Washington, D.C. He is dedicated to providing compassionate legal support while vigorously advocating for clients to secure the compensation they deserve after suffering injuries. A native of western Maryland, Jason grew up in a blue-collar family and worked for a railroad company before becoming an attorney. This background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hardworking individuals, which drives his commitment to supporting injury victims through difficult times. Jason earned his B.A. from Villanova University, his M.S. from West Virginia University, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. He also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University Law School. Before founding Kisner Law, Jason worked in insurance defense, representing insurers in injury claims. This experience gave him valuable insight into the tactics used by insurance companies to deny claims or offer low settlements. Armed with this knowledge, he fights back against these practices to protect injury victims’ rights. Jason takes a "David vs. Goliath" approach, using his experience and skills to take on large corporations and insurance companies. He has represented clients in over 500 district court trials and more than 75 jury trials. At Kisner Law, Jason leads his team with purpose, working to resolve cases efficiently while treating clients with compassion.
