About Jason Katz

Born and raised in Alabama, Jason is a dedicated attorney committed to providing exceptional legal representation to clients throughout the state. With a strong foundation in both communications and law, Jason brings a client-centered approach to every case, ensuring that each individual receives attentive and effective advocacy. Jason began his legal career as a bankruptcy paralegal at The Bush Law Firm, LLC in Montgomery, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process by assisting attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and client communications. This hands-on experience, combined with his background in public relations and journalism, has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex legal matters and communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Jacksonville State University, Jason graduated magna cum laude from Birmingham School of Law in 2023. During law school, he distinguished himself academically and developed a reputation for diligence and professionalism. He became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2024 and is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Alabama. Jason and his wife, Breanna, both enjoy traveling, University of Alabama athletics, the Atlanta Braves, and their two dogs, Bear and Bryant.
