About James Ruane

I graduated Cum Laude with my J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1974. After many years of practicing law, I founded Ruane Attorneys at Law, LLC, a criminal defense law firm based in Connecticut, in 2001 with my son Jay Ruane. Our practice areas include criminal defense, DUI defense, juvenile defense, civil rights, and other areas of criminal law.
