About Jacy Pawelek

Jacy L. Pawelek graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University in May 2018. She attended Texas Tech University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor with Cum Laude Distinction in May 2021. While in law school, Jacy served as the Vice Chair of Trial Advocacy for the Board of Barristers and was a member of multiple American Bar Association National competition teams. Jacy was recipient of the Kenneth H. Burns Award, the Texas Trial and Appellate Procedure Distinction Award, and served as president of Delta Theta Phi, a professional law fraternity. Jacy is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico. She is also a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Away from the office, Jacy enjoys time with her dog, Gwen, and helping at her family’s exotic game ranch. She is an avid women’s collegiate basketball enthusiast. Her favorite time of the year is March Madness. Her favorite team is Texas Tech’s Red Raiders!
