๐ (617) 742-6020My practice spans several areas of law, including criminal defense, employment, higher education, and appeals. I work closely with clients across these fields to help them navigate challenging legal issues. I joined Zalkind as an associate in 2025 after completing a clerkship at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. During my clerkship, I had the privilege of working for a judge who brought years of experience in criminal defense to the bench. While in law school, I dedicated myself to advocating for workers and consumers. I gained valuable experience through internships with a Boston law firm focused exclusively on representing workers and unions, Greater Boston Legal Services' Consumer Rights Unit, and the New York Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. I was also deeply involved in the BU Law community, serving as a lead organizer for the Boston University Graduate Workers Union and as a legal writing teaching assistant for both J.D. and LL.M. students. Additionally, I represented BU Law in a national moot court competition, where I received an award for oral advocacy. I pursued a legal career to stand up for working people. I understand how the system can feel stacked against workers and criminal defendants, and I believe everyone deserves both a dedicated advocate and a compassionate ally. For many, losing a job or facing criminal charges represents one of the hardest days of their life. My goal is to help ensure that day becomes the starting point for a better chapter in their story.
