About Jack Terran

Jack Terran is a skilled personal injury and medical malpractice attorney at Levin & Perconti in Chicago. He began his career at the firm as a law clerk in 2018 while attending The John Marshall Law School, and joined as a full-time associate in 2019 after earning his J.D. Jack is passionate about advocating for individuals and families harmed by negligence, particularly in cases involving nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He plays a hands-on role in every phase of a case, from investigation and litigation strategy to negotiation and resolution. Before joining Levin & Perconti, Jack clerked at a Chicago personal injury firm, where he worked on workers’ compensation, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. He analyzed medical records for hearings before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, interviewed clients, and drafted key legal documents. While in law school, he also worked at The John Marshall Fair Housing Legal Clinic, helping individuals with disabilities navigate housing discrimination claims through HUD and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Jack’s approach is thorough and client-centered. He believes in building strong relationships with the individuals he represents and understands the emotional and financial toll serious injuries can cause. Jack earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
