I am Ilya Lyubimskiy, the founder and managing attorney of Premier Legacy Law. Before I started my own law firm, I practiced at a well-regarded law firm in Denver, focusing on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. My background includes the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, from simple wills to more complex trusts. I also take pride in offering compassionate guidance to clients who are managing the responsibilities of a personal representative and/or trustee. Additionally, my professional journey includes other roles that have influenced my legal career. As a former Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 17th Judicial District, I advocated fervently for crime victims, focusing particularly on protecting the rights of elderly and at-risk individuals in the Economic Crime Unit. Moreover, my experience clerking for judges in Colorado provided me with exposure to civil, domestic, and criminal matters, enhancing my understanding of the legal field.
