Before launching his own practice, Ian Weldon spent more than a decade working at the Jacksonville Public Defender’s Office, where he handled serious felony cases—including homicides and death penalty trials. In addition to his trial experience, Ian has a solid background in finance. He holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Florida. His wife, Alicia, is originally from Peru, and he walked through the immigration process alongside her.
