About Henry Young

I am a Special Education attorney working in Pennsylvania. I advise and advocate for parents and students about special education services such as IEP meetings, Section 504 plans, FBAs, evaluations, dyslexia, Autism services, behavior and discipline, private placement, school fees, and compensatory education funds and settlements. I have practiced law for over 20 years and have been involved in special education for over 10 years, either as a father of two children who receive special education services or professionally as a special education attorney.
