H. K. Gandhi — Harry Harry is an immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi. He is a Canadian Citizen, an American LPR, and an OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) holder. The son of immigrant parents, Harry spent his childhood traveling across the Canadian—American Border, spending time between Toronto and New York. Harry attended Oklahoma City University School of Law as an international student on an F1 visa. Navigating through the immigration system, Harry obtained his American residency (LPR). Prior to opening the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, Harry worked on complex transactional immigration matters ranging from family-based immigration to VAWAs in Washington State. Harry then gained further experience at an internationally known Human Rights and Asylum law firm in San Francisco, California, appearing before the EOIR on complex Asylum, Human Rights, and Deportation matters. “I personally know how difficult and confusing the immigration process can be.
