Ernest Stone has been successfully defending good people in Massachusetts for nearly 30 years. He has represented clients across the District and Superior Courts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, the Supreme Judicial Court, the Federal Court, and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2001, he overcame a struggle with alcohol addiction, an experience that gave him unique insight into the fears and uncertainties his clients face. This personal journey fuels his empathetic, client-centered approach, allowing him to connect with clients on a deeper level. Ernest’s practice is comprehensive and trauma-informed, addressing not only criminal legal issues but also underlying factors like substance abuse and mental health.
