His practice focuses on commercial litigation and construction law, where he represents businesses, banking institutions, property owners, contractors, and developers in complex disputes involving contracts, construction defects, delay claims, and business torts. Gregory also maintains an active practice in commercial real estate, insurance defense, and municipal court matters throughout New Jersey. Gregory has significant experience in both state and federal courts and regularly advises clients in pre-suit negotiations, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. His pragmatic and results-driven approach emphasizes early resolution where possible, without sacrificing his clientsβ legal or business objectives. In addition to his legal practice, Gregory serves as the Council President for the Borough of Park Ridge, New Jersey, where he is also a member of the municipal Planning Board and liaison to the Recreation and Culture Committee, the Green Team, and Taxpayers for Aircraft Noise Solutions and Safety (TANSΒ²), a multi-municipality advocacy group. His public service experience gives him unique insight into land use matters and enhances his ability to represent clients before zoning and planning boards seeking approvals for development projects, variances, and site plans. Gregory earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Union County Bar Association.
