Gerard earned his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Montana State University–Billings. This broad education has shaped Gerard’s approach to law, giving him the ability to navigate complex legal issues with a well-rounded, adaptable mindset. Originally from Montana, Gerard has built a life and career in Minnesota, where he now lives with his fiancée. Outside the office, he is a passionate sports fan, especially when it comes to football and the Green Bay Packers. Gerard also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he’s hiking a trail, exploring Minnesota’s lakes, hunting, fishing, or playing a round of golf.
