About Garrett Lee
Garrett D. Lee is co-managing partner of Morgan & Morgan’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice on representing permanently injured people in lawsuits concerning catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and premises liability. Garrett also currently serves as Chair of the Massachusetts Joint Bar Committee for Judicial Appointments. Garrett is a lifelong Massachusetts resident. Garrett has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and trial verdicts. He has a winning record trying cases in the Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Courts in Massachusetts. Garrett is the author of “Preparation of a Plaintiff’s Case” for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Tort Law Manual. He is also a former co-chair of the Tort and Insurance Law Section for the Boston Bar Association. Garrett is a frequent speaker on the topics of personal injury law and law firm practice management. Garrett’s commitment to clients and record of outstanding case results have earned him recognition as a “Rising Star” by New England Super Lawyers Magazine and Boston Magazine for eight consecutive years.
