About Frank Udinson

Frank Udinson is a partner with Win Big Law and focuses his practice primarily on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, personal injury law, and Veterans Benefits. In the Spring of 2013, Mr. Udinson was accredited by the Veterans’ Administration as an attorney to assist with claims for VA benefits. Prior to founding Win Big Law, Mr. Udinson practiced at one of Pennsylvania’s preeminent workers’ compensation law firms. Initially, after completing law school in 2010, Mr. Udinson worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases in Municipal Court. Over the years, Mr. Udinson has obtained over 1 million dollars in benefits for veterans and has assisted thousands of injured workers in obtaining workers’ compensation benefits. Mr. Udinson represents victims suffering from rare vaccine injuries before the United States Federal Claims Court in Washington, D.C. as part of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Mr. Udinson obtained his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from DeSales University in 2007.
