Ms. Galante has nearly twenty years of experience in civil litigation, family and divorce law, contractual and real estate matters. With a background in commercial litigation, she brings these skills to the field of divorce and family law. Her practice has covered a wide range of transactional work with a concentration on corporate acquisitions, formation, financing, capitalization and the sale of closely held, international and eBusiness companies. She has represented various clients in connection with their professional practices and employment-related issues. She also has experience in probate and estate practice advising clients on estate planning strategies involving personal and business assets.
