I am a general practice attorney but prefer auto injury accident cases, serious criminal cases, divorce cases, adoption cases and bankruptcy cases. I have practiced law in Kentucky state and federal courts for over 40 years. I started young. Still have plenty of energy left. I am a graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Kentucky College of Law. I am licensed in all courts of the state and the 6th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. I have appeared in the District Federal Courts of the state in Ashland, Pikeville, Lexington, Louisville, Owensboro, and Bowling Green and in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. I am a former prosecutor in the Kentucky District and Circuit Court. I have defended criminal cases in state and federal court. I handle auto injury accident cases on a percentage basis with no up front costs to clients. All other cases are either flat fee or hourly rate. I have free consultations and I will talk with you by phone unless there are documents that need to be reviewed before I can talk with you. I care about my clients and want to do the best for them.
