About Ethan Jacobs

Experienced litigator and problem solver. Ethan has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of business and intellectual property disputes. He has served clients of every size across diverse industries including technology, entertainment, software, artificial intelligence, video games, real estate, solar energy, private equity, and manufacturing. An honors graduate of Columbia Law School, Ethan clerked for U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in the Southern District of New York before working for many years at the New York offices of Covington & Burling. He serves as the National Chapter Co-Coordinator of the Copyright Society.
