About Erin Pennock

Attorney Erin Whelan Pennock is an experienced attorney who has a wide range of experience in matters relating to family law and alternative dispute resolution. Attorney Pennock focuses her practice primarily in the areas of family law, specifically divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, post-divorce matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, retirement division and alimony. Clients appreciate her compassion and ability to connect with them during a difficult time. Attorney Pennock works with her clients and opposing counsel to create creative solutions to the complicated situations that can arise in the midst of a divorce or child-related dispute. She devotes her practice to finding alternatives to litigation and is a trained collaborative law attorney and mediator. She is an involved and active member Board Member of the Massachusetts Council for Family Mediation and is also an active member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Attorney Pennock is also highly respected for her volunteer experience and continues to pursue opportunities to help Massachusetts residents with limited financial resources who can benefit from her skills, certifications, education and dedication. She is able to provide Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) and volunteers her mediation and conciliation services as a Conciliator with the Middlesex County Bar Association and the SERV project offered by Senior Partners for Justice.
