About Eric Swinyard

Eric Swinyard is a trial attorney dedicated to delivering high-quality representation to injury victims and individuals going through divorce and family law matters. Eric began practicing law after obtaining a law degree and MBA from the University of Arizona. Eric began his legal career by working as a law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Judiciary. Since becoming an attorney, he has provided legal assistance to thousands of individuals in multiple practice areas, including personal injury, divorce, and other family law matters. Eric is admitted to practice law in Utah. In his spare time, Eric enjoys cooking (especially grilling), hiking, mountain biking, watching and playing sports, and most of all, spending time with his wife, three children, and Australian Shepherd.
