Kozol Law Offices was established in March, 2001 by me, Eric J. Kozol, Esq., to offer legal services and counseling to help people and small businesses that have been injured, deceived and/or cheated, to protect them in real estate, transactional and business organization matters, and to represent their interests in legal disputes from pre-litigation claims or defenses into and through the civil litigation process (including, if necessary, through trial or arbitration and all appeals) in the Massachusetts state and federal courts. My practice is focused primarily in the areas of real estate, personal injury, business, employment, insurance, health and family/matrimonial law although I do offer representation in an array of adjunct matters.
