As the founder of DeSantis Family Law, I represent families in Northern Kentucky and Ohio with a deliberate, hands-on approach. This is more than just a career to me, it is my mission and purpose. Since 2013, I have practiced exclusively in family law, often stepping into the most challenging cases—whether it’s high-conflict custody battles, emotionally charged divorces, or situations where the stakes feel deeply personal. I combine sharp legal strategy with strong emotional intelligence, recognizing that family law isn’t just about statutes and courtrooms—it’s about people whose lives are being transformed. Advocating for children has been a lifelong commitment for me. My career has included serving as a Guardian ad Litem, working with the Children’s Law Center, supporting survivors through the Women’s Crisis Center, and being appointed by the governor to the Kentucky Child Support Guidelines Review Commission. I earned my J.D. from NKU Chase College of Law and am licensed to practice in Kentucky and Ohio. My clients come to me not only for my advocacy but also for my compassion, honesty, and dedication. I believe deeply that when families are at their most vulnerable, they deserve an attorney who listens carefully, prepares thoroughly, and works tirelessly to achieve systemic change and positive outcomes.
