About Elizabeth Fox

As the owner and solo practitioner of EKF Family Law, I strive to provide high-quality and personalized legal services to my clients while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Before founding my own firm, I worked as an associate attorney at two reputable family law firms, where I gained valuable experience handling complex and diverse cases, such as divorce, child support, spousal support, community property partition, custody (especially interstate custody under the UCCJEA), paternity, tutorship, interdiction, and successions. I also developed strong skills in legal research, writing, communication, negotiation, and litigation. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I regularly attend continuing legal education seminars to stay updated on the latest developments in family law.
