My goal is to help people plan properly in order to avoid unnecessary conflict, while also providing representation in the event conflict does arise. I am a certified specialist in Trusts and Estates (State Bar of Arizona), and a Certified Elder Law Attorney (National Elder Law Foundation), and have been practicing in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate administration, and Tribal and Federal-Indian Law for over 20 years.
