About Don Saxton

I am the principal and owner of Saxton Law Firm. My journey into law began quite differently, as I initially pursued a major in music performance before deciding to attend law school. I started my legal career as an Appellate Clerk, where I was responsible for writing opinions for the Court of Appeals. After gaining valuable experience there, I joined a nationally recognized civil justice law firm, Walters Renwick (wrrsvlaw.com). My experiences there inspired me to establish my own firm, Saxton Law, focusing on civil justice. At Saxton Law Firm, our guiding principle is to level the playing field for individuals and small businesses who find themselves negotiating against better-funded and more connected adversaries. I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure that our clients receive the representation they need to confront well-funded corporate opponents effectively. Our firm's aim is to not only level the playing field but to elevate our clients' positions to ensure fairness and equality in negotiations.
