Additionally, she is a skilled family law mediator with substantial training and experience. Ms. Tedesco honed her skills at one of New Jersey's most distinguished large law firms, where she received extensive training and mentoring. Her primary focus there was representing large corporations and high-net-worth individuals. This experience taught her that meticulous attention to detail, dedicated hard work, and thorough preparation are vital for success in litigation, business dealings, or mediation. She brought these principles first to her practice from 2012 to 2018 and now applies them at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane and Noble, LLC, ensuring her individual clients receive the same high-quality service as her corporate clientele. Outside her legal practice, Ms. Tedesco is deeply involved in community service. She is on the Essex Fells Board of Education and previously served as President of the Essex Fells Foundation for Educational Excellence, a non-profit dedicated to funding cultural and educational enrichment programs. Additionally, she contributes as a member of her local Recreation Foundation.
