Yando earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Siena College in Albany, New York, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. He then received his Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Washington in Seattle. Mr. Yando is licensed to practice in the state of Washington and has litigated cases in both state and federal courts.
