About David Schiller

David J. Schiller, J.D., LLM is a tax attorney having received his law degree in 1984 from the Rutgers University School of Law and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Villanova University. Mr. Schiller has clients throughout the country and practices exclusively in the pension/tax/estate planning and contract areas of law for his clients. His activities include examining income division alternatives among professionals, valuing businesses for buy/sell agreements, drafting employment and shareholders' agreements and pay-out arrangements, establishing business legal structures, selection, modification and implementation of fringe benefit programs, personal management advice and similar business advice for his clients. Mr. Schiller has represented physicians and dentists and other small businesses exclusively since 1984, utilizing his expertise in pension, estate, contract and general tax issues. Mr. Schiller is an editorial consultant for Medical Economics magazine and has authored over forty articles on retirement planning, estate planning, employment contracts and other topics addressing the business aspects of medical and dental practices.
