About David Needham

I'm a senior associate at Quinn Emanuel focused on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. I represent prominent companies as plaintiffs and defendants in contract, fraud, and securities litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. I also represent international organizations, financial institutions, and senior executives in U.S. Department of Justice investigations into corruption, tax evasion, and market manipulation. Before joining Quinn, I was a law clerk for two federal judges, an extern in the U.S. Attorney's Office (Criminal Division) and the District Attorney's Office, and a paralegal at two international law firms.
