About David Mays

After law school, David began practicing general litigation in the Golden Triangle region of Mississippi, which provided a wide base of practice areas, including criminal defense, personal injury, probate, family law, wills and estate, NFA gun trusts, landlord-tenant law, and any other general litigation issues that came through the door. After relocating his main office to Memphis, Tennessee David now focuses his practice on personal injury case and criminal defense. Being licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi, David currently handles cases in Memphis, Shelby county, Tennessee and Desoto county, Mississippi including Southaven Municipal Court, Desoto County Circuit Court, Desoto County Justice Court, and Horn Lake Municipal Court.
