About David Magilligan

Attorney David Magilligan opened his own criminal defense law firm to provide people from all walks of life with high-quality, affordable legal counsel. After graduating from law school, he worked as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. In that role, he witnessed more people receiving poor criminal defense representation from disengaged lawyers than he’d like to admit. At the core, he seeks to provide client-focused criminal defense with an emphasis on clear communication and finding the most effective and practical solution in every case.
