David Holub has been Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate since 1996. Being “board certified” as a Civil Trial Advocate means that a lawyer has met several demanding certification requirements for Civil Trial Advocate certification. The designation sets them apart from other lawyers. Board certification is not a one-time event. It’s a continuing process that requires displaying ongoing, active experiences, not just skills substantiated by tests and verified by peers in the lawyer’s area of concentration. I’ve been Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate for 30 years. My goal is to provide efficient and effective client-centered representation. I bring that focus to every case, trial, or mediation. I strive always to provide top-quality legal representation, an uncompromising pursuit of our clients’ legal interests, and to be accessible and attentive to our clients during times of personal challenge. Being Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate means a lawyer has been instrumental in the trial process and understands lawsuits and what it takes to be successful in the courtroom. Some lawyers have never filed a lawsuit for a client, let alone taken a case to trial. They prefer to settle or don’t have the financial resources for a lengthy trial. Not all lawyers are Board Certified, and choosing the wrong lawyer could affect the outcome of your case. If your injury occurred in the State of Indiana and you are curious whether it could have merit as a case, please call my office at (219)736-9700.
