About David Harris

I am a solo practitioner who maintains an office in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania after having practiced with both large and medium size law firms. I practice in both Pennsylvania and Florida in the areas of bankruptcy, tax, estate, and property law and engage in litigation involving those practice areas. I received my undergraduate degree in History from the Pennsylvania State University and a law degree with honors from the University of Miami where I was the recipient of American Jurisprudence awards in Trusts and Estates and Administrative Law. I also received a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, am a member of the Bars of the States of Pennsylvania and Florida, and am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. I also serve as a mediator in bankruptcy, tax and estate matters.
