About David Gleason

My career has largely focused on civil litigation and handling a broad range of legal matters affecting the oil and gas industry. I provide guidance to clients on a range of oil and gas issues (including title matters, oil and gas leasing, lease cancellation actions, purchase and sale agreements, pipeline issues, and surface damage actions), pollution matters, probate matters, transactional concerns, regulatory matters, and prepare mineral title opinions. I also regularly represent clients before Oklahoma state agencies, such as the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and the Oklahoma Ethics Commission. I was honored to serve as Chairperson of the Energy and Natural Resources Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association for the 2024-2025 term.
