A Minnesota native, David graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Belmont University College of Law in 2022, where he was a member of the Health Law Journal and received a certificate in health law. David has been with Hagar & Phillips since 2021, starting as an intern and later passing the Tennessee Bar Examination in October 2022.
