About David Allen

David Allen is an associate in the GrayRobinson Miami office. He works with the firm’s Business Section and Government Affairs and Lobbying Section to address matters in the areas of health law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and security, transactional law, and government affairs. Specifically, David handles operational, corporate, transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters for a diverse range of industry operators and leaders, including hospitals and health systems, health insurance providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, physician groups, and other regulated providers. Additionally he currently lobbies Florida’s legislative and executive branches of government on issues including appropriations, food manufacturing and distribution, growth management and construction, health care, insurance, local government, regulated industries, and utilities. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, David gained valuable experience as a legislative assistant to State Representative Clay Yarborough and served as a campaign manager for State Representative Chuck Clemons.
