Buy-outs of co-owners and succession planning generally are part of my practice. I used to be an environmental chemist and also address environmental law issues with my clients, from the complexities of superfund sites to septic systems and wells for businesses and home-owners. I have been in the practice of law since 1984, so a potential client can have confidence that I am well seasoned to address most commercial issues which arise.
