About Daniel Shamy

I co-founded K/S, Attorneys at Law in April of 2002, and over the past fifteen years our firm has represented thousands of clients in matters stemming from corporate collections to complex business litigation, such as partnership disputes, receivership, fraud claims, and purchase/sale disputes. Our firm is a boutique civil litigation firm with five attorneys who handle various areas of practice, to include, business law, complex business litigation, real estate litigation, family law, personal injury and criminal defense. All of the attorneys in our firm are passionate over their legal representation of the firm's clients, and aim to reach beyond all client expectations. Most of all, we pride ourselves not only on our accomplishments in litigation and trials, but in making ourselves as attorneys accessible to our clients. Clients are always afforded the opportunity to speak directly with their attorney from our firm assigned to their case, and not limited to legal staff. All consultations are free of charge, and the combination of producing results at reasonable rates, and building long term relationships with our clients is what has greatly contributed to the success of our firm. In addition to my management of K/S, Attorneys at Law, I have been general counsel, have sit on the board, and have been an observer to the board, of publicly traded companies on NASDAQ and AMEX exchanges. Our firm has been counsel for PAC committees for various local politicians throughout the years, and I own and operate several companies throughout Florida, NJ and PA. My companies have not only met great success, but have afforded a benefit of understanding the legal needs and mindset of my clients, better empathizing with the situations they find themselves in when disputes arise with stockholders or through their business dealings.
