About Daniel Pepitone

I help self-employed individuals and small businesses with contract negotiation and disputes, copyright and trademark registration and enforcement, disability insurance, and more. I take greatest pleasure in advising clients on how best to grow, navigate risk, resolve disputes, and how to think creatively to balance business needs and legal concerns.  Formal or informal, strong relationships and contracts are vital to the success of a small business. For some clients I take an active role in developing partnerships and negotiating agreements; for others I provide advice and support behind the scenes. Disputes arise for small businesses with or without good relationships and comprehensive written agreements. My training and experience in negotiating agreements and finding neutral ground with difficult people helps me resolve disputes efficiently.
