About Daniel Neal

At the age of 20, Dan lost his father to a single car accident in the middle of the night and his family's life changed forever. This unfortunate experience led him on the path to become a lawyer and helping out clients who have been through difficult life changing experiences after a car accident. It has led him to be more empathetic, allowing him to sympathize with his client's emotions and to build stronger relationships with his clients. Prior to BGN Attorneys, Dan worked at Fielding Law Group on serious personal injury, wrongful death, DUI dram shop, medical malpractice and construction injury cases throughout the State of Washington, as well as one of the top personal injury firms in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. As a personal injury attorney, Dan saw firsthand the benefit of creating relationships with his clients, as well as their providers in order to expedite their recovery and maximize the value of their claims. Before making his trek west to continue his legal career, Dan attended Monmouth University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Investigation. After graduating from Monmouth University, Dan attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Ranger, hiking, camping, and kayaking in State and National Parks across Washington and Oregon, as well as playing golf and volleyball.
