Daniel M. Herrera is a sole practitioner and the founder and owner of DMH Legal PLLC, a South Florida law firm serving primarily West Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County. Mr. Herrera’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business law. A native of Florida, Mr. Herrera obtained his undergraduate degrees from Florida State University and, subsequently, his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Herrera earned multiple scholarships while serving as the Association of Business Law Students President and interning for the Honorable Stephen DeLuca as a law clerk. Before starting his law firm, Mr. Herrera gained considerable and invaluable experience in creating estate plans for married and unmarried individuals and their families, as well as handling a wide variety of transactional matters involving business formation and planning. In addition, Mr. Herrera has vast experience in civil litigation, where he previously represented individual(s) and businesses in civil litigation disputes for breach of contracts involving first-party property insurance disputes, litigation involving commercial and residential real property, business disputes, and appellate matters with favorable results. This litigation and transactional experience give Mr. Herrera an edge and a complete and well-rounded approach to estate and business planning.
