I focus my practice on patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and trademark and trade dress infringement. I also have experience in handling matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Some of the technologies I have worked with have concerned mobile applications, tracking systems, lighting and laser systems, blockchain applications, IoT devices, secure connections, and medical devices.
