Dan is committed to helping the victims of accidents after several auto accidents shaped his life, including the death of a close friend and the near death of his brother. Dan is a seventh generation Nebraskan and takes pride in his deep Nebraska roots. Dan grew up in Kearney and Lincoln and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Minnesota Law School. Dan and paralegal James Parks have 48 years combined legal experience. They spent a combined 22 years working for a former State Senator before the Senator ceased his practice. The Senator was chair of the Nebraska Legislature's Insurance Committee for a dozen years and practiced law for nearly half a century before his death in 2017. The Senator passed on his knowledge, and we continue to fight for our clients' needs like he did.
