π (844) 483-8737I have been practicing veterans disability law since 2015, focusing on representing disabled veterans and their dependents before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. My work includes handling claims and appeals involving psychiatric disabilities, orthopedic conditions, individual unemployability, toxic exposure issues, and special monthly compensation, among others. Over the years, Iβve had the opportunity to speak on veterans law topics at conferences across the country, including events for the National Organization of Veteransβ Advocates (NOVA), veterans law school clinics, and state continuing legal education programs. Some of the topics Iβve lectured on include the claims process under the Appeals Modernization Act, the use of vocational expert evidence in VA cases, VA examinations, and the Freedom of Information Act. Before joining Greene & Marusak in 2022, I managed a veterans law practice where I trained attorneys and advocates. I also worked at a nonprofit organization in Massachusetts, assisting individuals facing eviction due to financial hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. I graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2015 and am admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am accredited to represent veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. In 2024, I was honored to be named a partner at the firm.
