Navigating the complex maze of divorce and custody is challenging enough. Going through it with a special needs child, who is especially vulnerable to family conflict, changes in their environment, or modifications to the family routine, requires a different level of support and understanding. Similarly, exiting an abusive relationship requires counsel who understands the dynamics and works to insulate you and your children from further victimization. As a parent with first-hand experience, I've dedicated my law practice to helping families in these situations. No one wants to go through a divorce and disrupt their family's well-being.
